Pop-up appears when you click on a player, by default is displayed 6max stats.
If you play 9max and make analyzing of players, you need to manually switch to pop-up with 9max stats.
After switching to 9max stats, check GameType and set the Pop-ups/HUDs for the corresponding types of games.
